1. Initial enquiry and questionnaire
Please get in touch with us through our Contact page. To gain a better understanding of your project, we will email you a short questionnaire.
2. Meet to discuss your project
Director, Scott Baker, will meet you on site to discuss your project. The on-site appraisal will cover specific requirements, budget and any site-specific conditions. Once it has been established that you would like to move to the next stage, a Preliminary Agreement can be signed, and the process is then in motion.
3. Tendering process
We will prepare a comprehensive quotation detailing all aspects of your project and our tender price. Following acceptance of the tender, we will prepare a contract for you to sign, develop a timeline for the project and arrange a start date.
After the building permit is obtained, work can commence on your project. We work to strict building timelines and will provide you with regular updates and communication throughout the entire construction process.
Before we hand over the keys, we will make sure that you are happy with all aspects of your home by carrying out a full quality assurance inspection. We will also provide you with a comprehensive Home Owner’s Manual which includes your warranty information and servicing and cleaning instructions.
6. Post construction
We stand by the quality of our homes and the high standard of our workmanship. Our relationship doesn’t end when we hand over the keys to your new home – we will be back in three months’ time to provide a “health check”, but you are welcome to contact us at any point. Your home is also backed by a seven-year structural warranty and two-year non-structural warranty.
