The Housing Industry Association is the official body of Australia’s home building industry. We advocate industry high-standards and undertake continuous education and training of staff members and trades. We keep up to date with the requirements that apply to new homes and renovations and stay abreast of any changes to planning and building regulations. 

Registered and Insured

You can have confidence and peace of mind that we are appropriately registered and insured, thus making all contracts valid. For your security, we obtain Domestic Building Insurance, Contract Works and Public Liability Insurance and WorkCover Insurance.

Build Guarantee

We offer a ten-year structural warranty so you can continue to be secure in the knowledge that you are covered if any issues arise. We will always be on hand for advice and support post construction.
